CAFE

Monster’s cafe is open every day from 8am to 9.30pm weekdays and 9am to 3pm on weekends and *bank holidays. You can eat in or takeaway and you don’t have to be a member to come in and enjoy our food. Our cafe is a chilled out and relaxing spot, with free WiFi, TV’s and a great view of the gym. Our aim is to provide tasty, nutritious balanced meals that are low in fat and high in protein, whilst not compromising on taste.

The Monster cooks create all the food we serve from scratch so we know exactly what’s gone into each dish. Our food is made fresh to order from our menu. You can choose from grilled breakfasts, sandwiches, soup, jackets, salads and a variety of hot meals or create your own meal from our pick your own selection menu. For those with a sweet tooth, we bake our own low fat protein cakes and slices, as well as stocking various branded protein bars and flapjacks.

Monster also has a drinks bar serving proteins, weight gainers and all types of pre and post training drinks by the glass made to your specification. We have a wide variety of chilled sports performance energy drinks, multivitamin and soft drinks.
