Registered with the governing body of graduate sports rehabilitators (GSR) which is known as BASRaT (British Association of Rehabilitators and Trainers).
MASSAGE - Making physical contact to improve blood flow, healing and removal of waste products, vital to stress relief and relaxation. Massage can help the removal of harmful toxins and improve blood flow to areas of the body that may suffer more then others to stress, tension and/or soreness. Massage treatment is highly effective for muscular recovery and healing after hard work outs.
PERSONAL TRAINING - Bringing someone right from acute injury all the way back to their original performance level and beyond if necessary. Listed with the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPS), which monitors and controls quality and standards in the UK.
